How do I register for the 2009 Roundtable?
Register on-line using the on-line registration form and pay directly with a credit card or by check through an invoice. To access the on-line registration form, click

Will there be confirmation of my registration?
A confirmation e-mail message of registration will be sent to those registering before May 12, 2009.
What does the two-day conference fee cover?
• The opportunity to attend a choice of informative sessions;
• Two continental breakfasts;
• Two lunches;
• Refreshment breaks;
• One ticket to the CCME P2 Award Gala dinner on Wednesday, June 15 (click here for details) and,
• Many additional networking opportunities.
Does the member conference rate include Canadian Centre for Pollution Prevention (C2P2) membership?
No, but you can join C2P2 now and register for the conference as a member. The joining fee for membership varies. Please check out the C2P2 Membership web page for the structure of fees. Your membership benefits will extend until July, 2009. At that time you will be asked to renew for this yearly membership.
Can I attend only one day of the conference (either Monday or Tuesday)?

Where will the conference be held?
The 2009 Roundtable will be held at the Royalty Inn and Suites located at 14 Capitol Drive in Charlottetown. For more information, click here.
How do I make a reservation for a hotel room?
The designated hotel for the 2009 Roundtable is the Rodd Royalty Inn and Suites. To take advantage of the special discounted rate of $125/night, please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. To receive this special rate, it is imperative that CPPR delegates identify themselves as being with the Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable.

Do I have to stay at the Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable designated hotel or can I stay elsewhere?
You may stay at the hotel of your choice, but you will only receive the Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable conference rate at the designated hotel above.
Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable Registration Cancellations
The following cancellation penalties will apply:
Prior to May 15: full registration refund less $50 admin. charge
Between May 15-June 6: full registration refund less $100 admin. charge
After June 6: no refund given
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be treated on the basis of the fax date.
